This is a great story app. My daughter loves. Its also great when travelling.

My grandchildren love the stories, but I dont love the red number that appears on the app icon when new content is available. Once Ive seen that new story apps are available, and Ive chosen NOT to purchase them, the annoying red number should disappear!

We love story mouse!!! Especially the way the narrator "ad libs" little details of the stories. So cute!

My app shows no words on the read myself option. It still has the narrator. Very disappointing.

The stories are great and we love the narrator however, there are very few stories and instead of a read-a-long its more of a paragraph-a-long. I would like to see more classic tales and instead of highlighting the paragraph have an option for word to word for my children who dont read yet. Thank you for the consideration. The kids love it so it gets Five stars in my book! I have a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old it keeps them quiet, entertained, occupied especially on extended trips.

Nice but needs more stories, seems like The still of characters are the same, what I mean is that if it were made by the same person

I started with this app with little confidence, having previewed or purchased several storybooks or storybook apps. To my delight, this app came with a free story that captured the imagination of my child and, if Im being honest; me! The free story was so loved by my daughter we purchased another, then another, each time our expectations were met in excess. We love the dialect of the readers; so much so that my daughter insists Samson (Bible story) speaks with the same dialect... so I try. Much of the allure for us is the imagery. Where other apps fail is with too much animation or interaction. The images in the Story Mouse books are enough to leave the storytelling up to the listeners imagination, where it should be, and enough extra sounds and reading style for an inexperienced reader to learn to read it with style on your own. We dont have them all, but we are enjoying this app and its stories very much!

Good app, but expensive at two bucks a book. I would buy 6 stories for $10 if they bulk priced...

My family loves Story Mouse! It is clever and quite entertaining.

Ive seen several readers for kids where the narrator just doesnt have any oomph. This narrator does a great job! He reads clearly, so you can understand what hes saying, but he also reads with interest, so its not boring for the kids.

A fun entertainment for the grand kids. They love to read along.

This application has proven to be a pretty good app. My four year old grandson found it and begin listening and watching the words as it scrolled. He repeats this tast over and over happily reading and enjoying the stories.
